Are your desserts handmade or industrially produced?
Every creation is handmade in small batches by our pastry chefs using premium ingredients. We never use industrial mixes or preservatives.
Do you use natural or artificial flavors?
All our flavors come from natural extracts and real ingredients — from vanilla pods to freshly zested citrus.
How long do your products stay fresh?
Our baked goods are best enjoyed within 3 days at room temperature or up to 7 days refrigerated. Gluten-free items stay fresh a little longer when stored in airtight containers.
Can I freeze your pastries?
Yes! Most of our items freeze beautifully. Simply thaw at room temperature for 30–60 minutes before serving.
Can I place a custom order or request a personalized box?
Absolutely. For custom flavors, packaging, or event boxes, please contact us at least 3–5 days in advance via WhatsApp or our contact form.
Do you accept corporate or bulk orders?
Yes, we regularly prepare corporate boxes, festive gifts, and event collections. You can reach out for a tailored quotation.
